This service is designed for flexibility and ongoing support. You pay a monthly fee based on the hours required, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per month at my rate of $66/hour. Each month, I focus on your priority list—setting up and optimizing your CRM, automations, and backend systems. The timeline depends on the scope of tasks, ensuring steady progress tailored to your business needs.
I will set up a dedicated Trello board (called Basecamp) for you. This allows you to easily upload assets, share your priorities, and communicate any updates or requests. To get started, please grant me access to your CRM platform, share any existing workflows or templates, and provide a clear outline of your goals.This organized system ensures we’re always aligned and on track.

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us within 24 hours of purchase and no work has been initiated on either side. Once we begin the set up process—such as you submitting assets in Basecamp or us starting any work—no refunds will be issued.
