What is included in the Setup Siren service?

The Siren’s Creation includes custom website design, high-converting funnel creation, and captivating lead magnet development (Software: Gohighlevel, Webflow, Systeme.io, Clickfunnels, Wordpress Elementor) . This service is tailored to build digital assets that align with your brand and attract your ideal audience.

Can you customize my existing digital assets?

Yes! We can refine, update, or enhance your current websites, funnels, or lead magnets to align them with your brand's evolving needs and goals.

How long does it take to set up my CRM and automations?

This service is designed for flexibility and ongoing support. You pay a monthly fee based on the hours required, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per month at my rate of $88/hour. Each month, I focus on your priority list - building funnels, websites, email automations ect.. The timeline depends on the scope of tasks, ensuring steady progress tailored to your business needs.

What do I need to provide to get started?

I will set up a dedicated Trello board (called Basecamp) for you. This allows you to easily upload assets, share your priorities, and communicate any updates or requests. To get started, please grant me access to your CRM/website/funnel platform, share any existing workflows or templates, and provide a clear outline of your goals.This organized system ensures we’re always aligned and on track.

Is this a one-time service or a membership?

The Siren's creation is a membership, offering ongoing support to create, refine, and enhance your beautiful systems over time. I’m here to assist you continuously dedicated to your success. The Siren’s Creation offers flexible tiers, starting at 6 hours per month, ensuring consistent support for ongoing or larger projects.

How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel?

If you decide to cancel your membership, you need to provide at least two month's notice. This allows for a smooth transition and ensures all ongoing tasks are completed or prepared for handoff.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after booking?

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us within 24 hours of purchase and no work has been initiated on either side. Once we begin the set up process—such as you submitting assets in Basecamp or us starting any work—no refunds will be issued.

Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of booking and no work has started, you’re eligible for a full refund.

After 24 Hours or Process Started: Once work has been initiated (e.g., assets submitted or design work started), cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

Fair Flexibility: We ensure clear communication and are happy to collaborate on revisions to make sure you’re satisfied with the final result.If you’re unsure about your booking, please reach out to us within the 24-hour window, and we’ll assist you in making the right decision!

Note: Refunds will not be provided for unused services or if the process is delayed due to missing client input or assets.

How It Works

Book Your Service

Choose the Setup Siren membership package, designed to streamline your backend systems. Upon booking, I’ll set up a Trello board (or Basecamp) for you to upload your requests and share the assets needed to get started.

Submit Your Details

You’ll provide access to your CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel), existing workflows, and any assets necessary for automations. Include a clear outline of priorities so I can work efficiently on your tasks.

Implementation Phase

Based on your monthly hours, I’ll work through your list—setting up CRMs, building automation workflows, and optimizing your backend systems. Progress is continuously updated in Trello/Basecamp for transparency.

Ongoing Support

This is a monthly membership with a minimum commitment of 6 hours. Tasks are completed based on the hours you’ve chosen, and you’ll always have the flexibility to adjust your priorities for the following month.
