With normal delivery will the initial design be delivered within 7 business days, and edits will be completed within 24–48 hours after feedback.
Simply select the one-time design package and complete your booking. Once booked, you’ll receive access to our Basecamp portal, where you can submit all the necessary assets and information for your project.
In Basecamp, you’ll find clear instructions on what to submit, including:
Brand assets (logos, fonts, etc.)
Photography or images to use (if applicable)
Any copy or text for the design
References or inspiration to guide the creative direction
You’ll receive 3 rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design. After final approval, any additional edits will incur a fee unless it’s a minor adjustment, such as a spelling correction.
Yes, you will have full rights to the delivered design once the project is completed and approved. However, original files (e.g., PSDs) are not included and can be purchased for an additional fee.
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us within 24 hours of purchase and no work has been initiated on either side. Once we begin the design process—such as you submitting assets in Basecamp or us starting the creative work—no refunds will be issued.

Submit Your Details
Upon booking, you’ll receive access to our Basecamp where you’ll submit all necessary assets and information. We’ll guide you through the process, asking for everything from brand assets, photography, to ideas and inspiration that will help bring your vision to life.
Creation Phase
Once all details are confirmed, the design phase begins. For graphic design services, the usual delivery time is 7 days, and for web design or funnels, delivery is typically 2 weeks. If you selected any of the fast delivery options, your project will be completed in 2–4 days, depending on the option chosen.
Review and Finalization
After the design is completed, you will have the opportunity to review the work and request up to 3 rounds of edits. Once approved, we’ll finalize the designs and deliver the high-quality files. For design-only services, no further consultations are included after the final delivery unless requested.Project Completion and RightsAfter your approval, you will own the full rights to your designs. However, original files are not included.
